Grabfood rider, shopper fainting at Sunway Pyramid not related to Covid-19

Sunway Pyramid has dismissed the incident of a Grabfood rider who fainted in the vicinity of the shopping mall as having links to Covid-19.
In a response via Twitter today, it said that the incident, as well as another incident of a shopper fainting in the shopping mall, were not related to the coronavirus outbreak.
"In regards to a recent video circulating on social media about the fainting of a Grabfood rider in the vicinity of Sunway Pyramid, we would like to clarify that the rider has since been sent to a nearby hospital for medical treatment after immediate action by our security.
"As for a separate case regarding the alleged fainting of a shopper in the mall, our customer care personnel found the shopper to be in good health, able to carry about her activities and has since headed home," the tweet reads.
It also clarifies that another video of a woman fainting near a food and beverages establishment did not happen in Sunway Pyramid.
"All three cases are not linked to Covid-19."
Sunway Pyramid also advised all parties to refrain from sharing unverified posts on social media which open doors to fear-mongering and speculations. - Mkini
