Azman Mokhtar takes over as TH chairman

Azman Mokhtar is the former managing director of Khazanah Nasional Bhd.

PETALING JAYA: Azman Mokhtar has been appointed chairman of Tabung Haji (TH) effective today.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Idris Ahmad said in a statement that Azman and TH will be responsible for governing the direction of the agency’s strategic development.

The former managing director of Khazanah Nasional Bhd replaces the previous chairman, Md Nor Yusof, who resigned from his post on Oct 14, three years after his appointment. - FMT
