The service of MySejahtera helpdesk kiosks will be made available in Johor this week.
In a tweet today, MySejahtera announced that the kiosks would be operational at Dewan Muafakat Taman Adda Height in Johor Bahru from March 9 to March 11 and at Dewan Maharani in Muar on March 13.
The kiosks will open from 9am to 5pm with 800 tickets to be issued daily.
The MySejahtera kiosk is a walk-in initiative to assist MySejahtera users who are facing problems or have inquiries related to the application.
Those seeking help are reminded to bring their physical vaccination card and related documents, while those under House Surveillance Order will be not be granted entry.
“The service is not including issues related vaccination certificate under the Industry Vaccination Programme,” it said.
