Some Suggestions For / About The Opposition Parties

 

I received the following from a friend of mine who is 60+, Chinese and a finance professional.These are some of his thoughts about / for the Opposition which I thought are worth sharing. The idea is how to get the Opposition parties to unite, reorganise and win the General Elections.

1. Anwar steps down as President of PKR, and Rafizi Ramli takes over. Nurul Izzah to be deputy president of PKR.

2. Lim Kit Siang and Lim Guan Eng quit the DAP and become advisors. Anthony Loke to take over DAP with Gobind Singh as the deputy.

OSTB : To recap what Ummi Hafilda said these names have been around since we were in our schooldays. It is seriously time that these folks retired from politics and the country move on ahead.

3. Mat Sabu of Amanah to become leader of Opposition.

4. Muda to become  a PH component party.

5. Warisan to be a PH component party to focus on Sabah.

6. Mahathir to leave politics, and Pejuang also to become a PH component party.

If all the above can happen, PH will win GE15.

Bersatu can join only if Mahiaddin quits, and some younger people take over. 

(OSTB : If Tan Sri Muhyiddin quits now that will be the end of Bersatu. Bersatu secured a substantial number of votes in Johor. But at this point there is no one other than Tan Sri Muhyiddin to lead the party).

Plus PAS must be kicked out. They add no value anymore.

OSTB :  PAS is a completely useless party. It is a reflection of village level intellect, of superstitious and silly people, of hypocritical and false belief systems (fake with no proofs). 

As for the Prime Minister candidate (from the Opposition) the suggestions are:

Mat Sabu, he's a straight talker.  Mat Sabu has proven in the last 4 years he is moderate, level headed and a loyal player.

Warisan's Shafie is regarded as too close to the Suluks

No frog in any direction should be in any serious position.

Rafizi Ramli is too green and prone to outbursts

I like Tawfik Tun Dr Ismail but he refuses to join any platform.

Tawfik must reach an accommodation with a PH party and fight BN. 

Gerak should be s registered as a party and become part of PH.

The ones to bring the country forward are Rafizi Ramli, Nurul Izzah, Fahmi Fazil, Anthony Loke, Yeo Bee Yin, Hannah Yeoh, Syed Saddiq, Teresa Kok, Teo Nie Ching, Gobind Singh, Dr Dzulkifli (Amanah).

With Tawfik and Mat Sabu to guide them. We'll become an Asian Tiger again.

OSTB : Something for the people in the Opposition to mull about.

The Singapore Straits Times has written an article today which points out that BN/UMNO's win in Johor recently was not that great a victory.

As I said earlier BN/UMNO actually lost. Yes they won the State elections but with a minority of total votes cast. umno won because the Opposition was not united.

In Johor the Opposition already secured more votes than UMNO/BN. The Opposition must unite.  The Opposition does not have a choice. 

Working together is the solution.
