SUGAR COST MORE BY 20 SEN BECAUSE MORE CONSUMERS ARE BECOMING DIABETIC

The subsidy for sugar was reduced by 20 sen, which means that sugar will COST MORE by 20 sen.

The excuse offered by the UMNO/BN government is that more Malaysians are becoming diabetic patients and they hope that by increasing the price, consumers will reduce their intake of sugar.

WHAT UMNO/BN FAIL TO INDICATE IS SINCE FELDA IS THE IMPORTER, INCREASE IN PRICE WILL INCREASE ITS REVENUE.
