KU LI TO BE PM AFTER RAYA, OR WILL ANWAR BACKED BY ZAHID PIP HIM: OR IS NAJIB CAMP FANNING RUMORS TO BUY TIME, APPEASE CRITICS?

Various political rumors are blowing and disturbing the minds of the politicians. Politicians who do not have knowledge but only superficial assessment of THE psychological warfare used in politics will be easily swayed by these rumors. By contrast, those who are seasoned in the art of political deception will let the rumors fly past or listen with a grain of salt.
It is considered nothing more than a cheap political gimmick.
There are all sorts of rumors circulating today. The most recent is that a former PKR Youth chief (forgot his name) will make a come back to rejoin the party. A discussion is said to have been held between this former youth chief, who was also a pioneer in the party, with PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
Maybe those who have never read the life story of Anwar Ibrahim's former close aide will believe and respond to the speculation in the newspapers. But those who keep track of his political defection will only smile. What's more, for those who have heard his lectures on the riverside of Sarawak in 2011, rumors of such political rumors could only be treated as a joke without any purpose.
What this former head of PKR youth once said against Dr Wan Azizah five years ago can cause her to 'bear a grudge' worse than any revenge or hatred she may hold against Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who had destroyed the political career of her husband.
KELANTAN & JOHOR
In addition, there are also political rumors swirling in Kelantan. Apparently 10 Pas assemblymen have pledged to quit the party if former vice-president Husam Musa, whose political direction is now uncertain, is expelled from the party.
That political rumor also does not have a clear plot. I liken those who sold this story to be people who want to do business but do not have enough capital. They should seek capital to open a shop that attracts customers. Instead they are using as capital the news of the assemblymen defecting.
Rumors were also spread that a Menteri Besar (Chief Minister) from a southern state may be removed. Apparently the move to topple the MB was begun by a deputy minister who wants to be MB himself. The issue has since quietened down.
These are the political winds that are now blowing. Compared with the previous two, the latter has some basis. But its status is not much different.
KU LI TO BE PM AFTER RAYA?
The next political rumor and the most exciting and highly anticipated involves two political figures. This rumor is more attractive and pleases those who hear it. It seems Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah will replace Najib Razak in the next few months. The timeline for transfer of power is said to be after Raya Aidilfitri.
The are no strong grounds for such a rumor, yet the perception it can happen persists. This story is the same as other versions that have swirled in the past that Tengku Razaleigh will become PM. Miraculous?
Apparently, the appointment of Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah will be at the behest of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. This rumor was spread quietly by word of mouth only. Tengku Razaleigh's sudden absence at the People's Congress and signing of the Kelantan Declaration supporting Najib was used to justify the rumor.
It seems Tengku Razaleigh decided against attending Dr Mahathir's anti-Najib movement because lawmakers had been swayed over to Najib's side. Is that so? Can Tengku Razaleigh sleep easy with such promptings?
ANWAR & ZAHID COMBO
Another rumor also centres on the PM's post. This time involving Anwar Ibrahim. Supposedly negotiations are underway. Anwar will be released early for 'warm-up' to allow him to take over the post of PM. Included in the agenda is that he would also be given amnesty or house arrest such as Khir Toyo.
Once Anwar is healthy and normal, he will be given the post. Zahid Hamidi, who still lisps in Java when speaking English, is not capable of shouldering the responsibility as PM. Supposedly, talks have been held. Anwar's wife had met and negotiated with Zahid Hamidi several times?
It is indeed an interesting political rumor too. Many in PKR trust and believe in such a process. This belief is also illustrated by Dr Wan Azizah. Dr Wan Azizah's refusal to appear with Dr Mahathir gave the impression that she trusts Zahid more than Mahathir.
