Here is President Vladimir Putin's New Year message. Like always Mr Putin speaks decisively and with determination. The mark of a leader. The world has changed because of leaders like Mr Putin and President Xi Xinping of China.
In the years to come these will be the two most important voices in the world. Unless Donald Trump becomes president of the United States again or Ms Marine Le Pen becomes president of France.
