Teachers' union inks deal with Batik Air

- The National Union of the Teaching Profession (NUTP) signed a memorandum of understanding with Batik Air yesterday.

According to a Bernama report, the agreement grants the union travel benefits that include corporate rates, specific discounts including for students and complimentary tickets.

NUTP president Aminuddin Awang said the initiative adds value for the union’s 230,000 members while also opening avenues to expand networking with the private sector. - Mkini
