The Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) has set up a special committee for the purpose of negotiations on improvements of the implementation of the development agreement with Synergy Promenade Sdn Bhd (SPSB).
Felda, in a statement today, said the committee was set up during its meeting on Jan 25 in the interest and well-being of both parties.

“Felda will also request the government to appoint a representative from the Public Private Partnership (UKAS), JPM in the committee.
“The setting up of the committee follows the memorandum of understanding signed between Felda and SPSB on Jan 15, 2018, whereby the developer, namely, SPSB had voluntarily agreed to return the ownership of all 16 land lots to Felda without costs and handed over all property titles to be re-registered under the name of Felda,” it said.
