PETALING JAYA: Azmin Ali will defend his deputy presidency in the coming PKR polls, pitting him against Rafizi Ramli and ending weeks of speculation that he might contest the top post.
The economic affairs minister’s form was submitted by Selangor Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari at the PKR headquarters here.
There has been speculation over whether Azmin would contest the party presidency, and challenge his mentor Anwar Ibrahim who had submitted his form for the top post.
