Special Branch involved in disappearance of Pastor Koh and Amri Che Mat.
According to Muhyiddin proposal for RCI subject to approval by prosecutor
We hope Suhakam will forward official report to us and Prime Minister
We want to wait for that first, and we will study and deliberate on the report.

ministry had not officially received a report from Suhakam yet.
“If there is a need, we will reopen case if it’s allowed by prosecutor” Muhyiddin
“I have heard statements from Suhakam chairman but that’s unofficial,” he said.
Dr Mahathir said investigation into Fuzi Harun conducted once he retired May 4
Fuzi was Special Branch head at time of disappearance
Zahid Hamidi, Home Minister until May 2018, denied ordering abduction
Koh went missing in 2017
2016, Amri went missing after he left his home in Kangar at about 11.30pm
My comments :
This is a very wishy washy statement by Tan Sri Muyiddin Yassin.
It sounds so feeble and half hearted.
So, putting it another way it can also mean :
But In the case of the Subang Jaya temple riot, you almost instantly announced an Inquest into the death of Mohd Adib Mohd Kassim.
You did not say
1. govt may launch an Inquest
2. subject to approval by prosecutor
3. we will study and deliberate
4. not officially received / informed
5. if there is a need we will open the case
6. government may launch RCI
Instead in Adib's case you straight away said, 'We will have an Inquest'.
Even when the Inquest was NOT necessary.
The Autopsy Report on Adib says clearly that Adib Mohd Kassim WAS NOT BEATEN UP by anyone, especially NOT BY ANY INDIAN MOB.
If the Autopsy Report had been made public, everything would have calmed down. There would have been no racial tension.
But still you said we will have an INquest.
Now FIVE PEOPLE are missing
1. Amri Che Mat
2. Pastor Koh
3. Joshua Hilmy
4. Ruth Sitepu
5. Saiful Bahari
Suhakam says the Special Branch is behind the disappearance of Amri and Koh.
If these people are no more alive, (they have been killed) it becomes MASS MURDER.
So this is NOT the time to twiddle your thumbs or toss a coin to see heads or tails before you decide.
Please assemble an official, legal and fully empowered investigation immediately.
Peoples lives are at stake.
Families have lost their loved ones.
Abduction and / or murder are capital crimes in Malaysia.
Punishable by a mandatory death penalty.
Meaning these are serious crimes.
Do not take this lightly.

- unless NO APPROVAL by prosecutor
