Mat Hasan denies wrongdoing in RM10m transfer

"There was no abuse of power, nor did I do something bad. I just bought an apartment in London," the BN candidate for the Rantau by-election said at a press conference today.

Mohamad Hasan was Mentri Besar since 2004 to 2018.

The transfer of RM10 Million was done in 2008.

Where did Tok Mat get this RM10 Million.

Transferring RM10 Million through a Moneychanger is a clear violation of the Money Laundering Act and it is a crime and should be punished. Were did he get the idea that he did nothing wrong. If the Moneychanger was punished, surely Tok Mat should also be punished. A crime is a crime.

The Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) need to check their records whether Tok Mat had declared this income of RM10 Million prior to 2008. 

If Tok Mat had not declared this earning of RM10 Million, the MACC need to investigate if this amount of money was obtained by illegal means or corruption.

The LHDN and MACC will have to explain to the rakyat before polling day for the Rantau by-elections where did Tok Mat get this RM10 Million when he was only appointed Mentri Besar in 2004 and his income earnings from Negeri Sembilan as Assemblyman and MB or from Cycle & Carriage could not have reached RM10 Million.

As disclosed earlier by many sources, Tok Mat does not seem to be "clean" like what he claims. 

Rather than to care for the well-being of his Rantau voters and Negeri Sembilan folks, Tok Mat was actually enriching himself.
