PETALING JAYA: Two Malaysian players, who are part of the AFF Suzuki Cup tournament in Singapore, tested positive for Covid-19.
Winger Faisal Halim and goalkeeper Khairulazhan Khalid would be quarantined for 10 days.
Both the players would miss Harimau Malaya’s first Group B game against Cambodia at the Bishan Stadium on Monday (Dec 5).
Malaysia’s team manager Datuk Yusoff Mahadi said they tested positive following their RT-PCR tests conducted at the airport.
