Here is some news from Singapore. The Singapore Law Minister has introduced legislation in Parliament (approved yesterday 12 January 2022) which allows lawyers and clients to enter into 'no win no fee' agreements to undertake legal cases in Singapore Courts.
This is nothing new because other countries like UK, Canada, USA etc have had the same provisions for about 30 years since the 1990s.
