Hisham tests positive for Covid-19

 

Senior minister Hishammuddin Hussein will undergo self-quarantine, his office says.

PETALING JAYA: Senior minister Hishammuddin Hussein has tested positive for Covid-19, his office confirmed today.

In a statement, the defence minister’s office said Hishammuddin, who had already received his booster dose, was required to undergo RT-PCR tests periodically and self-tests frequently.

He last tested negative on Friday in a RT-PCR test.

“As an individual who has received his booster dose, he will undergo the isolation period set by the health ministry,” his office said. - FMT
