MUAR: Perikatan Nasional chairman Muhyiddin Yassin has dismissed former prime minister Najib Razak’s challenge to debate the Felda issue.
The Bersatu president said PN did not even need to send its information chief, Azmin Ali, to debate the matter as he was confident that Najib would fail to reply to the “facts” of PN’s success in addressing Felda issues when he led Putrajaya.
“What does Najib want to challenge with the data and facts already in front of him? What else is there to debate?
“Forget Azmin, even a schoolboy could win in a debate like that (against Najib),” he said in a press conference while on the campaign trail here today.
