The 20-year-old symptomatic woman, who is undergoing an internship programme, was tested positive on March 5.
As of now, 60 people have been tested positive under the cluster which has been dubbed "Kumpulan Berisiko".
"Investigation is still ongoing and those who are positive have been isolated and given treatment accordingly," said state Covid-19 spokesperson Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.
Today, Sabah recorded 845 new cases with one death in Kota Belud.
About 98.35 per cent or 831 of total cases are under Category 1 and 2; 5 in Category 3; 8 in Category 4; and one in Category 5.
Masidi added that Telupid was the only district without cases.
"There are seven districts with cases below 10, while other districts have two-digit number of cases each.
"Kota Kinabalu and Penampang have three-digit number of cases." - NST
