BERA -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak wants everyone to refrain from doing anything that can be preceived as touching on racial and religious sensitivities of the other ethnic groups in the country.
He said this was a principle that must be adhered to and respected by all communities in the country.
"Whatever it is, we don't want it (the matter) to be the source of misunderstandings between the followers of the various faiths in our country," he told reporters after attending a Gathering With Gugusan Bera Settlers at Felda Triang 3, near here today.
Also present at the event attended by more than 10,000 Felda settlers were Pahang Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob, Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob and Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Ahmad Maslan.
