The Felda Group chairman told the news portal that Felda Investment Cooperative or Koperasi Permodalan Felda (KPF) would be the biggest shareholder in FGVH apart from government investment firms like Permodalan Nasional Bhd, Tabung Haji and the Employees Provident Fund, which would also be offered shares.
Isa confirmed to Bernama that Felda has decided the share allocation to KPF, investment institutions and state governments.
He also said the selection of suitable foreign companies that Felda would like to work with is in its final stage.
Settlers who were members of KPF and those who opposed the listing of FGVH on Bursa Malaysia would be offered shares, he added.
