The Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim said no development on the land sold by businessman Deepak Jaikishan to Boustead Holdings in the Bukit Raja Industrial region will be approved.
“The Selangor government will not approve any application for development on land that has been surrendered to the Federal Land Commission in the Bukit Raja Industrial region, Klang,” read a statement today from the MB’s Office.
“If there is any development and business dealing takes place on the land involved, it will be considered to be done without the knowledge of the state and the state government will not recognise it.”
Khalid said the state will only allow the building of army training camps in the sit, as was originally intended.
“We will not approve any form of development on the land except for the building of army training camps as was originally established, and even that can only be done after receiving the approval of the Selangor exco and the Selangor Economic Action Council (MTES),” said Khalid.
