Super Fast : First 9/11 Victim Sues Saudi Arabia (Under The US Anti Saudi Arabia Law)

This is from Middle East sources.

First 9/11 Victim Sues Saudi Arabia

woman, husband killed in 9/11, sues Saudi Arabia, demanding reparations
Stephanie Ross DeSimone, filed complaint in Washington on Friday
lost husband, Navy Commander Patrick Dunn at Pentagon on 9-11
Of 19 hijackers, 15 were Saudi nationality
evidence suggests links to high-ranking Saudi officials

Wrongful death, intentional infliction of emotional distress two main charges
DeSimone brought to court against Saudis
extent of compensatory and punitive damages she was seeking not known

Saudi regime provided material support to al-Qaeda, Osama bin Laden
blamed by American officials as 9/11 masterminds

US senators voted 97-1 for Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act (JASTA)
House of Representatives voted for legislation, 348 to 77 on Wednesday
allows relatives of 9-11 victims to sue Saudi Arabia

JASTA legislation ends foreign countries’ immunity from American courts

Saudi threaten to sell $750b American bonds if JASTA became law
Saudi repeated warnings on Wed
kingdom wants JASTA corrected to avoid “serious unintended consequences”

Conclusion : Saudi Arabia is now "dispensable". Saudi Arabia is also close to bankruptcy, approaching the end of its useful shelf life, and it has always been a “phony Middle Eastern ally” to the US. The United States will find an excuse, any excuse, to ratchet up anti-Saudi rhetoric and use this Anti-Saudi Law in order to
  • sue the Saudis
  • freeze their assets worth hundreds of billions of dollars
  • impose economic sanctions and trade restrictions
  • put them on the terror list
  • and launch regime-change – directly or indirectly
The Saudis have made another huge mistake. They have threatened to take out that US$750 billion from the US. This will sink quite a few Wall Street bankers. Very wrong statement.

The Saudis will soon return to the desert.
