Macau multi-billionaire Wan Kuok Koi has resigned as independent and non-executive chairperson of Inix Technologies Holdings Bhd, effective today.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said retired inspector-general of police Mohamad Fuzi Harun will assume the duty as independent and non-executive chairperson.
Currently, Mohamad Fuzi is an independent non-executive director of Jaya Tiasa Holdings Bhd and Tropicana Corporation Bhd, and holds directorships in several private limited companies.
The company said Wan has resigned to pursue other personal interests.
