Amanah and DAP will lead Pakatan Harapan's women and youth wings respectively while PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution Ismail will take up the position of Harapan chief secretary.
These were among several appointments decided at the Harapan presidential council meeting today.
"May the appointments strengthen Harapan's operations in Parliament and in the field ahead of the 15th general election," it said in a statement.
The statement was jointly signed by PKR president Anwar Ibrahim, DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng, and Amanah president Mohamad Sabu.
DAP Youth chief Howard Lee will lead the Harapan Youth wing while the head of Amanah's women wing Aiman Athirah Al-Jundi will lead the Harapan Women.
Harapan Youth was led by the late Amanah Youth chief Shazni Munir Mohd Ithnin who passed away from Covid-19 last month.
Other notable appointments included Amanah deputy president Salahuddin Ayub as the new Harapan strategies director and DAP national organising secretary Anthony Loke as the coalition's chief whip.
Meanwhile, PKR communications director Fahmi Fadzil will play the same role at the coalition level.
Notably absent from the Harapan lineup was Upko, which recently joined the coalition. - Mkini
