PETALING JAYA: Police have compounded the organiser of a concert in Kuala Lumpur for failing to ensure physical distancing during the event.
This comes after a 16-second video, showing a large crowd dancing at the concert in Bukit Jalil went viral.
A police report was also lodged against the organiser.
In a statement, Cheras district police chief Idzam Jaafar said the organiser has been issued a RM1,000 compound for failing to ensure attendees at the concert kept a one metre distance from each other.
He added that those with information on SOP breachers should contact the Cheras police at 03-9284 5051/5050 or the police hotline at 03-2115 999. - FMT
