UMAR MUKHTAR
The sophisticated term for this facade is ‘Big-tent’ politics. Excuse me, while I go fart.
The Iranian term is kahwin ‘mutaah’, and the sexual term is, an orgy of temporary togetherness and mutual short-term orgasms!
It should be obvious to sincere politicians that the ultimate objective is the rakyat’s well-being. Not just defeating the crooks!
What is the point if ousting those in power result in nincompoops becoming ministers and running the country to the ground?
Or as in Big-tent I, sleeping together on the same pillow but having different dreams. DAP’s wet dreams were Bersatu’s nightmares, with PKR missing the juicy parts because of incontinence!
Then Big-tent II saw Muhiyuddin of Bersatu II being kicked out as PM by BN, and PAS’ polygamous marriage smelling like holy shit!
Now the beneficiary of the failed Big-tent II is proposing to set up Big-tent III!
The meeting between Bersatu bigwigs with Loke of DAP on Pulau Carey must have been weird, even if tempered by the lavish seafood fare! It’s something about fendezvous of cheating lovers that makes it all so exciting!
Bersatu probably had triple-ejaculation thinking about how angry PAS will get once it knows of the tete-a-tete! Ah, how exciting!
DAP’s faithfuls are in its congress, letting Loke know that secret meetings to peddle MOUs are a no-no resulting in Tony Pua and his collaborator Ong Ming Kian being not voted into the CEC!
One problem about Big-tent politics is always about who will be the PM if it wins! That’s why PKR is not there. Who the PM shall be is never a negotiable issue! So the Big-tent gets smaller!
Anwar is hoping that UMNO will be calling him to be PM in order to cast Ma’el Bera aside, with PKR MPs as the dowry or ‘hantaran’! But Ma’el suddenly waved the white flag at the recent PAU.
What are the chances that the Big-tent getting even bigger with all the hot air et al. Won’t the grass-roots object? Big tent = big money, brother! There’s nothing that big money cannot solve.
Najib Razak of 1MDB is banking on that. Or else!
