Following the coalition's deregistration, PN election director Sanusi Nor says the Islamic party's logo is familiar to voters.

Sanusi, who is also PAS election director, said there should be no issue with using the Islamic party’s iconic moon logo as it was already familiar to voters.
“PN can use the PAS logo to contest in the state election,” he said, according to Harian Metro.
Earlier today, the RoS announced PN’s deregistration after finding that the coalition’s response to a show-cause notice issued last month failed to justify retaining its registration.
PN previously obtained leave to commence judicial review proceedings against the notice and suspension by the RoS. Its application to stay the suspension is set to be heard on Thursday.
Previously, Barisan Nasional said it was open to discussing the possibility of PAS using BN’s iconic “dacing” (scales) symbol in the Melaka polls.
Umno and PAS are in talks for a pact in the Nov 14 state election, with PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang previously saying a deal had been reached in principle. - FMT
