My comments : When you are lazy you are lazy. It is a cultural and traditional conditioning. It just a poor attitude. The Arabs generally do not like to work. W O R K is a four letter word.

There is a huge similarity between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. Sizeable numbers of people here do not want to do entry level jobs. They want to "become rich" without having to work hard.

Even when the guy becomes an engineer he wants to become a rich engineer without having to work hard as an engineer.

Tak boleh lah. Becoming an engineer, doctor or lawyer is just Step 1. You must work hard to become wealthy. No work no wealthy.

Why is that so 'not easy' to understand?

When you look at your customers, think of how to move their money into your pocket. Smile, be polite, be honest and be quick. Dont waste their time.

Dont look at their religion, race, language, colour of skin, head covered, not covered etc.

Susah sangat nak faham ke?
