Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad has been discharged from the National Heart Institute (IJN).
He was admitted on Aug 31 after testing positive for Covid-19.
A statement from Mahathir's office said he will remain in home quarantine until Tuesday.
The 97-year-old lawmaker has the longest reign as prime minister in the country. His first tenure began in 1981 and ended when he resigned in 2003.
His second tenure lasted 22 months between 2018 and 2020. - Mkini
