LUYANG housing areas are facing improper maintenance of the main drains. Complainants from Lorong Palas, Luyang is very unhappy about the situation here. The resident had made numerous complaints regarding the matter to DBKK complaints extension.

Sabah DAP Kepayan Barat Complaints Bureau Andrew Lee urged the relevant department to take action instantly. He suggests that the enforcement should carry out inspections around all housing developments twice a month in order to rectify defects and problems around this area. Andrew pointed out that in Kota Kinabalu City, there are many drain were broken or cloged by garbage.
