A PAS parliamentarian has questioned the alleged transfer of over RM300,000 from Tabung Haji to the private account of its CEO, Ismee Ismail.

“Deputy Finance Minister Donald Lim had answered this in Parliament (and) said it is according to procedure, but he failed to say why. What was the money for?
Mahfuz said the money could not have been in payment of Ismee’s salary, “which amounts to RM85,000 a month”.
He distributed copies of a Tabung Haji document which detailed an order from the chief financial officer to the company's banker, instructing the telegraphic transfer of the money to Ismee's personal account.
however, it does not state a reason for the transfer of the funds.
"Why? What for? Is this a bonus for the CEO? At a time when Tabung Haji investments are facing millions in losses, the chief executive is getting a bonus?" Mahfuz asked.
