Say Wells Pay For their Own Award In Frisco

This is a description of an exercise in pure "duduk dalam bakul dan cuba angkat sendiri".  The two people in this picture are quite clueless as to why they are where they are. They are on the 45th floor of some very expensive office building in San Francisco - whose sky high rental is being paid by you and me folks. Its all taxpayers money that they are burning.

I am going to focus on the second picture below here. 

The gwailoh on the left is a con-sultan. He is Chairman of a con-sultan outfit called Frost & Sullivan. He is seen here giving an award - the Global Award for Visionary Innovation Leadership - to the boss of poKAI, another say well fellow. No one, including the gwailoh, has ever heard of this award before. And it is most likely that no one will ever hear of this award again.

The company had sales of US45 Million last year. Profits about US9.0 million. I think they have found their El Dorado here in Malaysia, inside the Khazanah dunggus bank accounts.

Wow !! Their iskandar office is going to become their largest office globally!! A real game changer for the future of the company !!

Do you know why? This is their client list in Malaysia :  MIDA, MDeC, MIMOS, Malaysia Debt Ventures Bhd, Perodua, Proton, DRB-Hicom, Edaran Otomobil Nasional, Telekom Malaysia, Sime Darby, Felda Holdings, Pantai Hospitals. I think these are Khazanah Nasional companies as well.  Iskandar is certainly a Khazanah property play. 

The con-sultans are going to live off the GLCs. Patutlah - tak reti tulis surat, tak reti buat analysis so kon-sultan buat duit.  "becoming the largest office in Frost & Sullivan globally"

Bila kita jadi dunggu, orang lain jadi global-lah.  

And it is so easy to please the dunggus. Just give them some plasticky 'Global Award for Visionary Innovation Leadership' and they will hand over all our cash.
