PUTRAJAYA: Content creator Aisar Khaled turned heads at the National Day parade when he was spotted proudly carrying a massive Malaysian flag.
Aisar, who chanted "Merdeka!" with the crowd, helped hold up the more than 100-metre-long flag.
On his Instagram Stories, Aisar showed he had personally painted the flag, adding that its extraordinary size was meant for the country. "Demi Tanah Airku," he wrote.
The moment quickly drew attention from spectators, with many recording videos of Aisar as he joined thousands in celebrating the country's 68th National Day at Dataran Putrajaya.
This year's 68th National Day celebration, themed Malaysia Madani, Rakyat Disantuni, featured 14,010 participants across 81 contingents, supported by 21 marching bands, 437 land and air assets, 116 service animals and seven decorated floats. - NST
