PUTRAJAYA: Nineteen men and four women, including enforcement personnel of a government department, were brought to the Putrajaya magistrate's court this morning for remand, to facilitate a probe into forgery of border stamps.
Some arrived in a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission bus while others in cars about 10am.
Clad in MACC's orange garb, they were then escorted to the first floor of the court for the remand process.
They also donned face masks and had their temperature checked as part of the Covid-19 precautionary measure.
It is understood that several others in Johor Baru, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu will also be brought to court today for remand proceedings to assist a similar probe. — Bernama
