SEREMBAN: State flags in Negeri Sembilan are to be flown at half-mast on Monday (Sept 19) as a sign of respect for Queen Elizabeth II, whose funeral takes place in London that day.
Negeri Sembilan is the third state to announce lowering its flags on Monday, after Selangor and Penang.
The Yang di-Pertuan Besar, Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir, gave his consent for the order, the state secretary said today. All government departments and agencies in the state have been told to comply with the order.
