My Comments :

There already is a Menteri Ekonomi. Quite obviously he is not up to speed. Hence the need for a more robust panel of 'tanpa gaji' economic advisers. Talk is the Menteri Ekonomi fellow appears at official meetings. No kitchen cabinets and warong type chit chats.

Then there is the Special Adviser on Economic Affairs. Tanpa gaji. Looks like that is where the cake will really be divided.

Now another group of 'tanpa gaji' advisers. 

Advisers will generate written reports, papers, written reccomendations, research findings, bla bla bla. More reading to be done. That could pose a serious problem. For those not in the habit of reading.
