The PKR information chief says the feedback will also help the party review its communication strategy.

Its information chief Fahmi Fadzil said the feedback would help the party strengthen its machinery and review its communication strategy.
“There has been a lot of criticism and many matters that we need to reflect on and consider to strengthen the machinery’s operations.
“This includes adjusting our communication and information strategies,” he said after visiting the media room at the national congress here.
Fahmi said the party leadership was taking a humble approach by listening to grassroots views and was prepared to make changes.
He said one of the key concerns raised was that the government’s achievements at the macroeconomic level had yet to translate into improvements felt by ordinary Malaysians.
The communications minister said several measures to improve the way information was communicated to the public were being planned and would be detailed during the congress winding-up session tomorrow.
Fahmi, who is also Pakatan Harapan’s communications director, said this included setting up a mechanism to identify the issues affecting the public most and referring them to the relevant parties for further action. - FMT
