Another Chinese national is believed to have been kidnapped from a fish farm in Lahad Datu’s Silam, Sabah.
The Star reported that the kidnapping took place hardly 24-hours after pirates robbed fishermen in the waters off Tanjung Labian.
Quoting unofficial reports, The Star said gunmen grabbed the Chinese national, identified as Yang Zailin, a manager with Wonderful Terrace Sdn Bhd, at 2.45am today.
It is believed that the gunmen fled towards the southern Philippines.
Previously, gunmen kidnapped a Chinese tourist and a Filipino worker from a resort off Sabah.
