Man caught performing oral sex on 14-YEAR-OLD

PETALING JAYA - A 34-year-old man was arrested when he was ‘caught in the act’ performing oral sex on a school boy in Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh, here today.

The suspect, a security guard at a departmental store had approached the boy in school uniform at the store before he took him to an industrial areas, close by.

In the 12.30pm incident, the suspect also confess to having a fetish for teenage boys.

Sungai Buloh police chief Superintendent Junaidi Bujang said acting on a tip-off a team of personnel on patrol duty rushed to the scene.

“Upon arriving at the store, the team noticed a security guard chatting up a boy in school uniform outside the building. The suspect was trying to convince the 14-year-old boy to follow him on his motorcycle,” he said.

Junaidi said after much persuasion, the boy agreed and was taken to an industrial area nearby.

“Our men followed the suspect’s motorcycle until the SB Jaya Industrial Area, where they saw the suspect unzip the boy’s pants and perform oral sex on him,” he said.

Junaidi said the suspect was also recording the act with his mobile phone, when he was confronted by the team.

“The suspect, who is from Simpang Renggam, Johor had served prison time for the same offence some time back and admitted to three other recent cases in the district.

Junaidi said the case is being investigated under Section 377E of the Penal Code for inciting a child to an act of gross indecency.
