SHAH ALAM: The SkyCity tower being developed in i-City here is set to become a new landmark and an additional attraction for Shah Alam and the tourism sector in Selangor.
Selangor menteri besar Amirudin Shari said the 60m-tall tower will feature a 600m-long glass water slide, which will cost about RM15 million, and would enhance i-City’s appeal to domestic and foreign tourists.
“Based on the latest tourism data, i-City is one of the major attractions for visitors coming to Shah Alam.

Meanwhile, Tengku Ahmad Shah said the tower is expected to be opened to the public on Dec 11, coinciding with the birthday of the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
