BUKIT BATU: Voters should use the present state elections to send a clear message about unfulfilled promises made by the opposition in the past, says Johor caretaker Mentri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi.
He stressed that many of the promises made during their 22-month rule have yet to be fulfilled. He was referring to the time Pakatan Harapan took over Johor following the 14th General Election (GE14) in 2018.
He said this to reporters during a campaign trail in the area.
Asked about the chances of Barisan Nasional there, he said that there could be a shocker with the coalition not just retaining Bukit Permai but also taking over the Bukit Batu and Senai state seats from the opposition.
All three seats are under the Kulai parliamentary constituency, which is currently held by Pakatan. - Star
