Chief executive officer of KPFQ Foods Sdn Bhd Datuk Sarchu Sawal is said to have misused RM16.9 million while KPFQ director Datuk Tan Han Kook (pic, right) misappropriated RM13.1 million.
Both are said to have commited the offences at Anjung Felda, Jalan Maktab in Kuala Lumpur between August 2011 and February last year.
