DAP candidate for Teluk Intan, Dyana Sofya Mohd Daud, is delighted to see some memorabilia of Malaysia's legendary actor, the late Tan Sri P. Ramlee, during a walkabout in Teluk Intan town. "We do not stoop to dirty tactics. We would not tarnish other candidates. I want to promote our own candidate, Datuk Mah Siew Keong," Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin told a press conference in Teluk Intan today.
"In this campaign, whenever something negative arises, they say we are behind it. Don't make baseless accusations," he warned.
Yesterday, the DAP lodged a police report claiming to have found fake bikini photos of Dyana around Malay villages and even in a mosque in Changkat Jong.
DAP’s Bukit Bendera MP Zairil Khir Johari refused to pin the blame on any party, but urged Barisan Nasional (BN) to condemn such tactics.
