Voting for the top post in the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) entered the second round today after neither of the candidates obtained a two-thirds majority in the first round.
In the first round, Tengku Abdullah had obtained 24 votes and Tunku Ismail 15.
A two-thirds majority is needed to secure the FAM presidency while in the second round, the winner needs a simple majority.
FAM is meeting today at The Holiday Inn, Glenmarie, to elect its new office-bearers for the 2014-18 term.
