Bully grabs, punched and kicks victim for four minutes while being video recorded

 

A long time ago when the camera phone did not exist, police officers or authorities usually had a tougher time catching criminals or offenders due to the lack of evidence.

But nowadays, it would seem that the offenders are more than happy to incriminate themselves just to get attention.

A video posted on X by netizen JOKER showed exactly this, where a boy was being bullied for four minutes while he was being recorded.

The offender was a taller child in black T-shirt who could be seen repeatedly punching, kicking and occasionally grabbing the victim to throw him to the ground.

According to netizen Zac who listened to the conversation, it appears that the bullying happened because the victim had likely bullied or teased someone else. Hence the unidentified individual had called his brother to retaliate. 

Netizen 902010 helpfully added an update post with a video showing the bully being apprehended. In the video, the bully also received a slap on the face.

Little else could be derived from the video but a news piece by Channel News Asia has since emerged to shed light into the situation.

It appears that the student being bullied was from Qihua Primary School, Woodlands, Singapore.

Netizen Joharijamaludin confirmed that it happened in Singapore, adding that five of the teenagers involved had been apprehended.

Another netizen claimed that the bully was weak since the victim was able to stand up after taking so many shots.

 

On a separate note, we believe criminals, sexual offenders and bullies should continue to video record their acts, best if their faces can be easily seen and identified.
