My Comments :
These are just my own thoughts. If I had a friend who just donated US$2.3 Billion to me I would do two things:
1. I would make sure that if I got charged in any Court for having so much money then that very generous friend would catch a flight from wherever he was in the world and come to Court and testify on my behalf. You know just say three words, 'I'm the donor".
2. Failing the above I would make sure there were plenty of kampong people everywhere.
