The independent player continues his superb run in the Vietnam Open and will meet Singapore's Jason Teh for the title tomorrow.

Aidil, ranked world No 91, defeated Japan’s 53rd ranked player, Minoru Koga, 15-21, 21-16, 21-17 in 67 minutes at the Nguyen Du Club in Ho Chi Minh City.
Aidil, who is gunning for his first World Tour title in his career, will face Singapore’s world No 33 player, Jason Teh, in the final tomorrow.
The Malaysian beat higher-ranked players in all his five matches en route to the final, winning his first four matches in straight games.
His last final appearance, also in a World Tour Super 100 championship, was at the Al Ain Open in Abu Dhabi a year ago.
The singles champion in the Vietnam Open will receive US$9,000 (about RM36,630) and the runner-up US$4,560 (about RM18,560). - FMT
