KUALA LUMPUR: Technology and infrastructure company HeiTech Padu Bhd has bagged a five-year contract worth RM66.84 million from the defence ministry.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, HeiTech Padu said under the letter of award signed on Sept 8, the company would provide maintenance on the tactical operational flight trainer, computer-based training and enhanced training aid systems at Bangunan Simulator Sukhoi 30-MKM.
The company would also provide an air defence simulator system and upgrade the existing system.
HeiTech Padu said the contract is expected to have positive effects on the company’s earnings, and will have no material effect on the dividend policy, share capital and substantial shareholdings. - FMT
