COVID-19 | The Health Ministry reported 3,024 new Covid-19 cases yesterday.
Active infections stood at 26,903, down 13.8 percent compared to 14 days ago.
New cases according to states are as follows:

Putrajaya (140)
Perak (132)
Kedah (126)

Negeri Sembilan (106)

Perlis (7)
Over the past week, an average of eight people were reported to have died of the disease, while the average for the past 30 days was 6.2, indicating that such deaths are on the uptrend.
Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, a total of 36,644 deaths have been attributed to the coronavirus.
There have been 169 reported Covid-19 deaths this month. For comparison, there were 101 deaths last month and 158 in September.
There are 2,049 Covid-19 patients hospitalised of which 92 are in intensive care.
The highest number of admissions yesterday was recorded in Selangor (177) followed by Sabah (112) and Perak (63). - Mkini
