Suaram executive member Cynthia Gabriel will be served a summons by the police on Monday related to a dinner organised to raise funds for its 'Scorpene' court case in France.
Gabriel (right) said she received a call from the Petaling Jaya police headquarters at about 3.30pm yesterday informing her about the matter."The police said I will be served a summons under Section 112 (of the Criminal Procedure Code) for the Scorpene dinner," she told Malaysiakini, when contacted.
Section 112 of the CPC is related to "examination of witnesses by police".
