PM: Many veteran politicians now hold onto their party posts for too long

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad told the audiences at the “Semarak Merdeka” townhall in Melaka on Saturday that many veteran politicians in Malaysia had held onto their party posts for too long and this would hamper the growth of the political parties and the younger generation of politicians.
